Resident Support Team
A 10-member volunteer Board of Directors governs the organization, representing the diverse communities it serves. This active Board is responsible for directing the organization in alignment with policy and procedure, supporting the realization of our overall mission in providing effective Addiction Treatment services.
The leadership and staff are committed to delivering quality, compassionate care through our evidence-based Addiction Treatment therapies and programs.
Our staff possesses extensive experience in recovery, including the 12-Step Program philosophy, and they are dedicated to sharing that experience with residents as part of our comprehensive Recovery Programs.

Board of Directors, including Mr. Fred McWilliam, Mr. Christian Provenzano, Dr. Brian Mitchell, Mrs. Trina Skagen, Mr. John Hershey, Mr. Paul Gouge, Mr. Bob Ferris, Mr. Glenn Charlebois, Mrs. Anita Pucci, and Mr. Arthur Girard, are dedicated to overseeing our Addiction Treatment initiatives and ensuring the success of our Recovery Programs.
