The KBRH programs utilize a person-centred approach in pursuing abstinence-based recovery. Our 90-day treatment program provides residents with a stable, safe living environment. These substance use disorder treatment programs include crisis support, initial treatment assessment, treatment methodologies and best practices; case management, ongoing treatment planning, supportive housing, aftercare, referrals, and community transition planning.
Referrals to the KBRH programs are accepted from various sources, including short-term 28-day intensive addiction treatment centres, residential withdrawal management facilities, physicians, hospitals, social service agencies, family members, employee assistance programs, recovery fellowships, and the community at large.
Residents may apply to our aftercare residency program at the Transition Home after successfully completing the initial requirements of the 90-day treatment program. This opportunity for ongoing aftercare treatment allows residents to transition back to work, school, and the community.
Wake up, enjoy breakfast, and engage in complete life skills development while also taking care of personal hygiene as part of the 90-day treatment programs or aftercare residency program designed for those in substance use disorder treatment.
Group therapy is an essential component of many 90-day treatment programs for individuals struggling with substance use disorder treatment. By participating in a supportive group environment, patients can enhance their recovery journey and prepare for their aftercare residency program.
During lunch, many individuals in 90-day treatment programs find it helpful to discuss their experiences and build connections. This social aspect is crucial, especially for those transitioning into an aftercare residency program, as it fosters a supportive environment for recovery from substance use disorder treatment.
Our resident individual one-on-one counselling and therapy sessions are complemented by case management, educational support, and employment services. We also offer career support services, housing readiness planning, and personal time for community volunteering, all of which are integral to our 90-day treatment programs and aftercare residency program focused on substance use disorder treatment.
Dinner is an important meal that can be enjoyed in various settings, including those who are participating in 90-day treatment programs for substance use disorder treatment. For individuals in recovery, sharing a meal can also be an integral part of the aftercare residency program, fostering connections and support.
Community support, self-help initiatives, and 12-step recovery meetings are essential components of effective substance use disorder treatment, especially when combined with 90-day treatment programs and an aftercare residency program.
Reading/study time, treatment instruction follow-up for 90-day treatment programs, and personal time are essential components of an effective aftercare residency program for those undergoing substance use disorder treatment.
